 A site review allows us to look at the property and understand the conditions that affect planning and layout. This includes access, grade, setbacks, and other visible factors that influence design and construction.

During the site review, we evaluate:

• Building location and orientation

• Access for equipment and materials

• Ground conditions and layout constraints

• Coordination needs with other work on site

This information helps us plan the project accurately and avoid surprises later.

 Based on the site review and project goals, we develop a building plan and provide a written estimate with a defined scope of work. This step focuses on clarity and alignment before construction begins.

This includes:

• Confirming building size, height, and layout

• Door and opening locations

• Exterior materials and finishes

• Scope details and assumptions

We review the estimate with you and answer questions so expectations are clear before moving forward.

 Once the scope and estimate are approved, we finalize the agreement and schedule the project. At this stage, we confirm timing, payment milestones, and any coordination needed with other contractors.

This step ensures:

• Clear expectations for both parties

• A defined construction window

• Understanding of responsibilities and access

Projects are added to the build schedule based on availability and planning requirements.

 Construction begins according to the agreed plan and schedule. Our team focuses on organized job sites, consistent work practices, and communication throughout the build.

During construction, we:

• Set posts and frame the structure

• Install roofing, siding, doors, and trim

• Maintain an organized job site

• Communicate progress and address questions

Any questions or changes are discussed directly to keep the project aligned.

 After construction is complete, we walk the building with you to confirm the scope has been met and address any final items. We review basic information related to the building and close out the project.

This final step ensures:

• The project is formally closed
